The 2019 motorcycle & scooter quality study stats by JD Power has brought some interesting results for various manufacturers of the country. The score seen in the chart published after the survey shows the number of problems faced by different buyers in the initial stage of their two-wheeler ownership.
The lower number claims that the product brings the minimum number of problems while higher means more problems per hundred owners. The average industry number is also mentioned alongside the popular options of the different segment. It is not yet known how they have divided the segments as pricing seems to be the least interfering factor.

The lower number on the chart also makes sure that the owner recommends the vehicle to others and praise the same for its stress-free ownership experience. Also, the way these top products are marketed, it seems clear that they are likely to gain big numbers in the coming reports than those with more problems on their side.
The executive scooter segment features 100-110cc options and Activa-i got the best position with 86 points. The segment average value for the same is 132. In the 125cc segment, Suzuki Access is the most reliable scooter with just 94 points in comparison to the Grazia with 137 points.

Yamaha R15 V3[/caption]
The entry-level motorcycle segment was topped by HF Deluxe with 104 while segment average here was 119 points. Hero Splendor and Bajaj Discover were both seen at 108 points on the list. Honda tops the 125cc list with 115 points while Glamour is not that impressive with 139 points.
The segment above this point is ruled by Yamaha FZS with 108 points while the popular Pulsar 150 scored 112 points to hold the second most trusted option. The Yamaha R15 V3 rules the premium motorcycle segment with 86 points, leaving even the FZS behind by a good margin.
