This electric SUV features modern equipment like twin displays, a 360-degree camera, and a Level 2 ADAS suite. I think the quick rollout to showrooms is a great sign for Hyundais commitment to the Indian EV market.

Friday, 17 January 2025 06:47 AM Hyundai has officially launched the Creta Electric at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, with the Smart variant boasting a 42kWh battery pack that offers an ARAI certified range of 390 km. The Creta Electric Smart also comes with advanced safety features such as six airbags, all-wheel disc brakes, and ISOFIX. The vehicles design retains the familiar Creta ICE styling but with a futuristic twist, including a Pixelated Graphic Grille.

The Creta Electric Smart will feature a new i-Pedal technology for a one-pedal driving experience and a Shift-by-Wire system. It also includes a Digital Key for locking, unlocking, and starting the car using a smartphone or smartwatch. I believe these features will make the driving experience quite convenient.

The Creta Electric Smart will come with two battery pack options, but the Smart variant specifically will have the 42kWh battery. It will also feature a Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) function and a Bose premium sound 8-speaker system. The vehicles aerodynamic performance is enhanced by Active Air Flaps and 17-inch Aero Alloys.
