The build quality is what impresses me more, the design is fine. Unlike some other bikes in this price range, it feels solid.

For me, the Street Triple R wins by a narrow margin for its reliability. Triumph's track record for reliability is hard to beat, but Aprilia's are great.

Tuono 660 all the way. It's a tech lover's dream for daily riding, particularly with the Factory model, because of the electronics package.

Does the Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 Factory’s fuel consumption cross the line for potential buyers?
15 January 2025 09:22
It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s definitely annoying. The fuel range is pretty pathetic on my Tuono, but I love my Tuono. On longer rides you get used to planning fuel stops.

It's part of the experience! If you're buying a bike like this and fuel economy is important, you've got the wrong bike. It isn’t about the miles per gallon, it’s about the thrill.

It's not great, but it's the cost you have to pay for performance. I would rather have an exciting bike that drinks fuel than a boring bike that sips it.

Almost a deal breaker for me. The bike is great, but on longer trips the range anxiety is definitely real. To overlook this, you really need to want the Tuono experience.

That’s only a problem if you let it be one. It’s thirsty, yes, but that’s not why you buy a Tuono. Ride, not the pump.
Does the Chetak’s 73 km/h top speed suit Indian road conditions?
15 January 2025 09:17
It's plenty for city riding. I rarely go above 60 anyway. For an e scooter, it’s better to focus on range, not top speed.
Does the Chetak’s 73 km/h top speed suit Indian road conditions?
15 January 2025 09:17
Not enough for me. On some of the bigger roads here I need to hit 80-85 to feel safe, 73 feels limiting.

It's a good compromise. Not so fast they drain the battery super quick, but fast enough to keep up with traffic.
