In city traffic, it is mostly useless. Two wheelers confuse the systems and the systems cannot cope with chaos. It’s a distraction more than a help.

It's hit or miss. On highways, or well marked roads it's just great. In typical Indian city traffic you're better off using your own skills.

Most Indian driving conditions are overkill for it. Nice to have, but not necessary. I don’t want a better infotainment system, or more comfort features, I want the Tesla.

It’s weird until you learn to deal with its quirks, but it’s actually quite useful. You just have to know when to use it and when not to.

I’ve found that the ADAS is more useful than I thought it would be. It's not Indian conditions, you can't perfect it, but it's good for an extra layer of safety, most especially for the less experienced drivers.

It annoys me and I often turn it off. And it just isn't designed for roads in India, and it tends to give false alarms or unnecessary intervention.

The Crysta is the ideal car for taking trips on the highways. It’s perfect for long distances with maximum diesel torque and rear wheel drive. In comparison the Hycross feels underpowered.

It's a trade-off. A better comfortable and more efficient car than the Crysta, but there is no Oomph when it comes to pulling power. In the Highway Cruising case, the Hycross wins. I’ll still go for the Crysta for heavy loads or mountainous terrain.

There's no doubt the Hycross is the clear winner for family trips. It’s so comfortable, filled with great features, and the fuel efficiency on a car this big is fantastic.

At high speeds the Crysta feels more planted. What all this means is that the Hycross’s lighter build and FWD make it feel less stable than most heavier and heavier vehicles like the RAV4, and especially in crosswinds.

Not at all. In real world conditions, this hybrid system is actually more efficient than the old diesel. It's also way smoother and quieter, too.

Absolute deal-breaker. You don't want to replace it with anything, a diesel engine is still the best thing, especially if you take long trips with it or you carry things with and you need the extra torque.
