Is the new R1300GSA still up to the 'go anywhere' spirit of the GS line?
23 January 2025 11:22
Absolutely! In addition, the new suspension and electronics actually make it even more capable off-road, and improve on road comfort.
Is the R1250GSA really worth the upgrade from the R1300GSA?
23 January 2025 11:22
I rode both back to back and the difference is subtle honestly. This little bit of extra processing power won’t make you a better developer unless you’re pushing the limits of what your unit can do.
What does the new design of the R1300GSA do to its iconic 'adventure bike' look?
23 January 2025 11:22
The redesign has gone too far. That unique GS character is lost, something which it had in spades and separated it from other adventure bikes.
Let us compare the Sealion 7’s charging speed to the other EVs in real world?
23 January 2025 11:07
It’s actually pretty good for the charging curve. In comparison to some competitors, it keeps the higher speeds for longer, which can be a big deal on long journeys.
How reliable has been the software of the Sealion 7 and how does it compare to other established EV makers?
23 January 2025 11:07
I've had my Sealion 7 for 6 months now and the software has been rock solid. There are no major bugs, and OTA updates have actually added some cool new features.
How does the Sealion 7 perform in real life in terms of range?
23 January 2025 11:07
For city driving, I’ve found the range to be pretty spot on, but it falls off quickly in the hills. This is something to think about if you live in a mountainous region.
Is the Sealion 7's interior quality worth the Sealion 7's premium price tag?
23 January 2025 11:07
Initially I was skeptical when it comes to the Sealion 7, but the interior of it really impressed me. The materials are high quality and that rotating screen is a game changer for usability.
So is the BYD Sealion 7 a true Tesla Model Y competitor?
23 January 2025 11:07
Both have been test driven by me, and I have to admit I was surprised by the Sealion 7. It feels more solid than the Model Y, and that rotating screen is actually pretty cool in real life. Tesla's software, and Autopilot, are still leagues ahead though.
Does the VF3 offer good value for the money or is there more for the money?
23 January 2025 10:57
It depends on where you live, and the value proposition changes. It could make sense in Vietnam with government incentives. In other markets, not so much.
What is the build quality of the VF3 in comparison to other budget EVs?
23 January 2025 10:57
So far as I can tell, the quality of build on the VF3 is pretty much in line with the rest of the budget EVs. You get what you pay for, and at this price point, don’t expect luxury.
Is the VF3 really practical for daily use in cities such as Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City?
23 January 2025 10:57
Have you ever tried to fit groceries into one of these things? Even just giving a ride to more than one person? It’s not practical for anything beyond basic commuting.
Are people exaggerating about how bad the VF3 is or are they being too hard on it?
23 January 2025 10:57
Now, I know that its no luxury car, but to call it a 'death trap' is completely over the top. It's fine for zipping around the city. Not everyone needs a speed demon or a tank.
Is the Zontes 350T ADV a formidable alternative to established adventure bikes?
23 January 2025 10:52
I feel like you shouldn't just write it off because it's a new brand. Do you remember how people used to laugh at KTM when they first came to India? Now look at them. In a few years, Zontes might surprise us.
Why does the 350R from Zontes have such a unique wheel design?
23 January 2025 10:52
You guys are overthinking it. It's just a wheel design. Who cares as long as its structurally sound (which I’m sure it is)? For once, let's appreciate some creativity in bike design.
How refined is the Zontes 350 lineup compared to the Japanese competition?
23 January 2025 10:52
My 350T build quality is solid, though I did notice some vibration at higher RPMs that you probably wouldn’t see on a comparable Yamaha. The features and price are a trade-off I’m willing to accept.
Can Zontes create a strong brand identity in the crowded market of Indian motorcycles?
23 January 2025 10:52
Yes, Zontes has potential to create a strong identity by focusing on premium features, competitive pricing, and unique designs. However, building trust through after-sales service and network expansion will be crucial in competing with established brands.
The MG Majestor is going to be a big car, but will it be a fuel guzzler?
23 January 2025 10:47
I think we're missing the point. I mean in a country with so much poverty, is there really anything to celebrate in these fuel hungry monster?
Will the MG Majestor eat into sales of the Gloster?
23 January 2025 10:47
It’s not about cannibalizing sales, it’s about providing customers with more options. There will be some people who will want the biggest SUV possible and others who will want the slightly smaller Gloster.
Is the MG Majester just a rebadged Chinese SUV?
23 January 2025 10:47
We have this obsession with "origin" that I think we need to get over. Almost all cars in these days are sharing platforms and components. That's how the industry works these days.
Is the MG Majestor too big for Indian roads?
23 January 2025 10:47
Size doesn't matter, it's about the skill of the driver. I've seen people in Innovas drive through the gullies of Old Delhi, the narrowest of gullies. The Majestor will be fine if they can do that.
