The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 uses a 199.5 cc motor, produced by the company itself by using the KTM Duke and RC engine technologies. Bajaj is the official manufacturer of the Austrian brand's bikes in India and they are exported to nearly 80 countries from here only. The partnership has profited KTM as the profits have increased due to lesser initial costs whereas the Bajaj Autos have made new Pulsars from the technologies used in the KTM bikes. The engine produces 23.17 BHP in Pulsar AS200 and 200 NS whereas 24.2 BHP is produced in the RS200. The same produces 24.65 BHP in the KTM 200 Duke and RC 200.
