On paper, the Maruti Suzuki Swift claims a seating for 5, with 3 passengers in the rear. However, with the real world scenario in mind, you can only seat two adults comfortably without them rubbing shoulders with each other. If you go with the Baleno, there is an extra 10mm of width in the car which makes seating 3 people in the rear quite comfortable.
