V-Matic gearbox in Honda Navi is the same automatic gearbox being used in Activa and other scooters of Honda. Navi is actually based on the same platform as Honda Activa as it uses the same frame, engine and gearbox whereas it's overall styling has been highly differentiated for the creation of a new segment. Honda Navi come with a price tag of just INR 39,500.
