Should the Pulsar NS125 be the new kid on the block, or is it worth the extra cost over more basic 125cc commuters?

At a higher price point than most basic 125cc commuter motorcycles in the Indian market, the Pulsar NS125 is a relatively new entry. The price difference between the two models causes potential buyers and motorcycle enthusiasts to debate. But there are those who maintain that because the NS125 is sportier, has better performance and more features, the additional cost seems to be justified. It offers a more enjoyable riding experience, as well as better long term value, they say. But others argue that the extra cost isn't necessary for pure commuting purposes and that simpler, more fuel efficient options offer better value for money. Solid build quality, resale value, and the prestige of the Pulsar brand versus more budget minded solutions are often topics that are discussed.

Absolutely worth it! It’s a proper motorcycle, not just a basic commuter. It has much better build quality and you get features like a rear disc brake that most other 125s don't have.
