Tork T6X is India's first electronic bike. T6X runs on lithium ion batteries which can be powered upto 80% per charge in just an hour. The bike runs on an automatic single speed transmission. It runs 100 kms in one charge. The gives out a maximum torque of 27 Nm which is fairly impressive. It runs on a 72 Ah battery whose life is a 1000 cycles. It is something new for the Indian market but it has a promising future. Tork also plans to set up about 100 charging stations per city which would solve the purpose of charging.
