Is the trade off of city driving comfort for the Venue N Line’s stiffer suspension worth it?

While the Hyundai Venue N Line does get a sportier suspension setup over the normal Venue, the promise is better handling, as well as a more entertaining drive. The downside is a firmer ride for which some users have said is not as comfortable for everyday city driving. A stiffer suspension is intended to decrease body roll and also increase the car's cornering stability, but delivers more road imperfections in the cabin. This has prompted arguments from would be buyers and owners about whether the performance gains are worth the potential reduction in ride comfort for those who mainly drive urban commute. The talk often is about the balance between sportiness and practicality in a compact SUV and if the N Line’s suspension tuning finds the sweet spot for its intended crowd.

Absolutely worth it! The Venue N Line is a proper hot hatch, thanks to the stiffer suspension. You do feel more bumps but it’s an incredible trade off in handling. The regular Venue is not fun to drive, this is.
