Is the Bolero MaXX Pik-Up's bare bones design more attractive or less attractive?

The Mahindra Bolero MaXX Pik-Up is a no frills design without many of the comfort and technology features that are found in modern vehicles. Externally and internally, it is a spartan philosophy of form versus function. Others say it makes the vehicle more reliable, easier to maintain, less prone to expensive repairs. A handful of folks argue that it is not as current and not as cozy to live in each day because of the absence of modern conveniences. However, the vehicle's utility form may please people who value utility above all else, especially when living or working in the rural or industrial sector. In an age where even budget vehicles now tend to get a touchscreen or a few advanced safety features, the Bolero MaXX Pik-Up’s rudimentary offering might seem like a liability. In this debate, there are bigger questions about the role of technology in vehicles and whether the path of ever more complicated and feature laden automobiles is always a good thing.

Love it! They don’t have any fancy electronics to break down. Able to just be a simple, reliable workhorse.

It's too basic for me. At the very least I need some modern comforts in my daily driver.

For work, it's great because it's very simple, but I wouldn't want it to be my only vehicle.

It's perfect for what it is. Not all vehicles have to be rolling smartphones.

The idea is nice, but they could include a few more features without sacrificing reliability.

The low cost is a huge plus for small businesses, thanks to the bare bones design.

It's refreshingly honest. Just a truck that does what it is supposed to do.
