Is the Bajaj Chetak 2903 all the hype it’s making?

by Ashutoshover 1 year ago0 views5 comments
Since its launch, the Bajaj Chetak 2903 is making waves in Indian electric scooter market. A retro inspired design with modern features has made it a spectacle for many potential buyers. However, there's been a lot of discussion on how it actually held up. While some do express praise for its build quality and comfort, others criticize its range and charging time. There's been talk of price point too, whether it justifies a premium product, or is too pricey compared to competitors. And there’s the issue of long term reliability and battery life, which is key for any electric vehicle. Is the Chetak 2903 really all that it's made out to be, or is it just a nostalgic, marketing gimmick?

It’s real hype, but maybe a bit too much hype. Bajaj has some kinks to work out, but it’s a solid scooter. Things have improved with the recent software updates. After another year, it'll probably be the best in its class.

To me, it’s kind of a matter of which you need. It's great if you're willing to pay a premium for a stylish, comfortable city commuter. If you want something for longer rides or you’re on a tight budget, there may be better options out there.

It's a mixed bag, honestly. It is super comfortable to ride and the design is gorgeous. I’ve heard some concerns about long term battery life. You might want to wait for real world data before jumping in.

Eh, I'm not so sure. I rode one for test and was unimpressed with the range. It wasn't worth the price I paid for the performance I received. And the charging time is a little long for my taste.

Absolutely! The Chetak 2903 has been a game changer for me for a few months now. It’s top notch build quality and feels like a premium product. Yes, it's more expensive than some other options but you do get what you pay for.
