Is owning a Royal Enfield Bullet 250 a 'real' biker or just a poser.

The Royal Enfield Bullet 250 has always been the bike for rugged, authentic motorcycling. For many riders, owning and riding a Bullet 250 confers credibility in the biking community because of its heritage, mechanical simplicity and unique riding experience. But critics argue this perception is old news and biking is really about your passion and skill as a rider, not the brand or model you ride. Even some say that Bullet owners are more interested in image than riding. Much of this debate revolves around bigger questions of authenticity in motorcycle culture and what role brand identity plays in the biking community, and whether riding an older, less sophisticated machine as opposed to a newer, more refined one makes one a more skilled or dedicated rider.

You are a real biker if you own any bike. Whether it’s what you ride, it’s all about the passion for riding. The Bullet 250 is no different from any other bike, it’s just a tool. It’s the miles you put on it, the experiences you have.
