The R15-S and all the other supersport style bikes like R15 v2.0 and KTM RC series are made to provide the best possible maneuvering experience and comfort would surely be on the second place with them. You will not experience anything if you are fit and ride short distances only but if you have some sort of back pain, it can make it worse, specially on long rides. You cannot sit upright, thus making all of the weight fall on your wrist and bending your back would be compulsory. This can be annoying on long rides and feels good when riding on closed circuit for a short span.
