The TVS Apache RTR 160 should be driven below 3000 rpm for the first service interval. After that it should be driven upto the maximum of 5000 rpm for the next service interval. This will maintain the engine components and they will have a long life and durable mileage for the next intervals of service. Avoid sudden acceleration and deceleration, which leads to more fuel consumption than the normal riding. The bike comes with a 159.7 cc engine, producing 15.2 BHP @ 8500 rpm and 13.1 NM @ 4000 rpm. The RTR 160 comes with a double disc option, which makes it one of the safest bikes in the category.
