In the boch?? case, the previous generation XUV 300 was bad with its laggy and unresponsive infotainment system, a major pain point for all the owners. The Mahindra XUV 3XO has been launched and there’s been a lot of talk around whether Mahindra has made a dent in this regard. Early reviews indicate improvements, but also suggest that the problem still exists, to some extent. This has caused much debate as to whether a smooth infotainment experience matters in modern cars, particularly in this price segment. Users are comparing the XUV 3XO's system against those of its competitors, discussing workarounds, and speculating on what software updates might be coming. It’s become a hot button for buyers who are looking at in car tech and connectivity.

Night and day difference! The new system is light years ahead of the old one in terms of smoothness.

It's still not as snappy as some competitors, but it's better. Usable, but not great.

I haven't noticed any lag. Perhaps I’m not as picky as some people.

Mahindra has done some work and it's improved, but there's still work to do. Crossing my fingers for some software updates to make it right.

The lag is minimal now. Unless you're coming from a high end car you won't notice.

But it's fine for basic stuff, running multiple apps and it starts to choke a bit.

Huge improvement! It’s not perfect, but it’s not a deal breaker anymore.
