How does the Chetak 3201’s app integration measure up to other electric scooters?

With smart vehicles now in the age, app integration has become a very important feature for many riders. The Bajaj Chetak 3201 comes with its own dedicated app that promises to add to the riding experience with a host of features. How does it compare to the competition, though? The app's real time battery status, ride statistics and geofencing features are some of the reasons users rave about the app's intuitive interface. Others are reporting glitches and connectivity problems. The app also raises a question of data privacy: How secure is the information the app collects? Not to mention the debate on whether these apps really add value or they are just more gimmick. Is remote locking and unlocking really necessary or are they just adding unnecessary complexity to the product? Is Bajaj keeping up to the other brands with their constant app updates?

It’s good, but not great. Even now, Ather’s app is the gold standard.

I love it! It's great for such things as tracking my scooter.

All these apps are the same, meh. A fancy UI wrapped around some basic features.

Good, but I wish they had more customization options for ride modes.

This is a deal breaker; connectivity issues. Why bother if it only works half the time?

The simplicity is actually what I prefer. Not all of us need one million features.

It’s real privacy concern. I don't want Bajaj to know where I go.
