It’s tricky to ride electric scooters in the rain, and many riders are wondering how the Aeroride E Spark holds up in wet weather. How does it stick on slippery roads? Is the interior of the circuit protected from water damage? How is visibility in rainy conditions? Some users say that it has been stable in light rain, but others warn against using it in anything more than a drizzle. Now we’ll look into how E-Spark fares when the skies open up, and is it a reliable option for year round commuting in different types of weather conditions.

I have ridden mine in light rain without issue. The electronics are well sealed and the tires are good grip. Don't splash through deep puddles though!

Honestly, I wouldn't risk it. In my experience, electric scooters do not play nicely with water. Better safe than sorry.

In a drizzle it’s fine, but anything beyond that and I’d be concerned. When wet, the deck gets pretty slippery.

My commute is year round, and I’ve never had any problems in wet weather. Just remember to dry it off good after riding.

It handles fine but I am more worried about long term water damage. Repairing these things isn't exactly cheap.

It's held up great in some pretty heavy rain too. They do a good job of keeping you dry too.

It's hit or miss. It's sometimes stable and other times it feels like I'm riding on ice. I would try not to go out in heavy rain.
