Customizing motorbikes is a well known hobby among bikers, as they can customise their rides and make them run a bit better. I’ve seen some pretty neat custom CT125Xs out there. Custom paint jobs, some performance mods like air filters and exhaust systems, and even people have added LED lights. For a budget bike, it’s surprisingly customizable.

I honestly wouldn't bother customizing it much. Most mods are just superfluous cost on a basic commuter. If you want something more personalized, spend that money on maintenance or save up for a better bike.

Practical mods are the best for the CT125X. I also have added a sturdier luggage rack, hand guards, and a usb charger. It doesn't go crazy and these small changes make it much more usable for daily riding.

A community of CT125X modders is growing online. Different tires, suspension tweaks, even some engine mods, people are trying it all. Of course, just make sure you don’t void your warranty if you go too extreme.

Stock, I think the CT125X has a cool, retro inspired look. A few subtle changes such as a different seat or handlebar will make it stand out without losing its charm. All comes down to finding a balance.
