But is the comfort on the Bajaj Platina 100 really as good as Bajaj claims it to be with their "ComforTec" technology?
While Bajaj heavily markets the Platina 100's comfort features, the 'ComforTec' technology that is supposed to provide a smoother ride than other bikes in its class. This consists of longer front forks, spring in spring suspension and a rubber footpeg. Opinions on the actual comfort level, however, seem to vary widely among owners. One thing is certain, though: it's either praised for its plush ride, or derided for the lack of it, especially on longer journeys or on rough roads. Is ComforTec a real improvement or is it just marketing? So let’s see what real world experiences have to say about the comfort promises the Platina 100 makes.
The ComforTec isn't just hype. I shifted from a Hero Splendor and the difference in the ride quality is very noticeable, especially on bad roads.
