It's a necessary evolution. The old air cooled engine was just not enough for modern needs.

RE will probably make it simple enough. It's not as if it's a high strung sport bike engine.

If you crack the radiator, liquid cooling is only an issue. You just add a guard and you're good.

It’s a trade off, and most riders never do their own repairs anyway.

The 450 looks more off road focused. In the dirt it might outpace the 390.

They're for different riders. KTM is more about speed, the Himalayan more about the journey.

Definitely. Higher prices always come with better specs. It’s going out of fashion.
