I opted for better highway cruising by swapping the sprockets. It sacrificed a bit of acceleration, but it's way more comfortable now.

I'd say it's 50/50. The price difference isn’t worth it to me as a casual rider, but the upgrades are nice.

With a few adjustments to ergonomics, this can be a decent tourer. Don't expect Gold Wing comfort, though.
