I am 5'5”, is KTM RC 200 comfortable for me? Or Honda CBR250R is better?
02 January 2023 06:43
The KTM RC200's seat might be a little high for you, at 820mm. The CBR 250R is an ideal choice. It has a seat height of 780mm, 40 mm less than the KTM RC200. Your feet will easily touch the ground so it'll be easier to handle a CBR250 R.

KTM RC 390 can be bought on a down payment of 85% of its original amount. It costs INR 2,14,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) and you need to pay around INR 32,000 as the down payment. The on-road price of the bikes is INR 2.31 lakh which would take your total down payment to INR 49,000. You can even ask the dealership if the 85 percent loan can be made on the on-road price of the bike. You can opt for a maximum of 4 year loan for the KTM RC390.
What is the approximate mileage of KTM RC 200 in city and on highway?
02 January 2023 06:39
The KTM RC 200 returns a mileage of around 30 kmpl in the city and 36-40 kmpl on the highway. The motorcycle is powered by a 199.5 cc, 1-cylinder engine producing 25 HP and 19.2 Nm of torque. It comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox and completes a 0-100 kmph sprint in just 9.3 seconds. It comes with a price tag of INR 1,69,000 and claims a top speed of 140 kmph. It is available in just black shade with orange frame and alloy wheels.
Why KTM RC 200 does not have an ABS braking system?
02 January 2023 06:39
KTM RC200 is offered without an ABS system in order to cut down the cost and present it as an effective motorcycle when seen from the price tag. If the company offers ABS and the same Metzeler tyres on the RC200, it would cost around INR 30,000 more than the current price. The new price would be INR 1,99,000 while the RC 390 is again priced very near to the same at INR 2,14,000. This would not let the 200 cc motorcycle sell with good numbers as INR 15,000 can bring nearly double powered engine to the same motorcycle.

3-Honda CBR 250R(2016): Honda has no plans to launch the 2016 CBR 250R in India. It is focusing on bigger bikes.
4-KTM RC 250: The RC250 is a great bike, and can fill in the gap between the RC200 and the RC390, however the chances of the RC250 to launch in India are very low. We don't expect the bike to come out anytime soon.
Which one is best: KTM RC 200 or RC 390? Can I defeat RC 200 with RC390?
02 January 2023 06:38
The RC390 is definitely better. It is a mighty powerful motorcycle. It derives power from a 373cc engine pumping out 43 BHP and 35 NM of torque. Now compare this to RC200's 199 cc engine which produces 24.6 bhp and 19.2 NM of torque.
Clearly, the RC390 is leagues ahead of the RC200. So rest assured, you can defintely defeat RC200 with RC390.
Also, the RC390 can hit a top speed of 179 KMPH compared to RC200's 140 KMPH.
Launch Date of KTM RC 390 (2016 upgraded model)?
02 January 2023 06:37
The 2016 KTM RC390 has been launched in India on 10 February, 2016. The bike gets a new slipper clutch, and an always “on” headlight. However, it has missed out on some features available in the European market such as a bigger front disc, a ride-by-wire system and a canister exhaust. The bike's price has remained unchanged at INR 2,13,504 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Coming to comfort, the bike isn't ideal for daily driving. Firstly because city drives crowded with traffic jams, and the RC390 absolutely hates this, it heats up like crazy. Secondly, the riding position is very aggressive, and the pillion seat is a little uncomfortable. The RC390 is a machine built for the tracks, so unless you're completely mad about the bike, don't use it as a daily commuter.

What is the price of KTM RC 125 in India?
02 January 2023 06:36
KTM RC125 has no launch plans for the country as KTM will not be able to price the bike properly due to 95 percent part sharing with the elder cousins from the RC family. The RC200 is priced around INR 1,69,000 whereas it’s INR 2,14,000 for the RC390. The INR 45,000 gap between the both is justified by bigger engine, premium tyres, dual channel ABS and a slipper clutch. On the other hand, by providing no such difference, KTM cannot price the bike with another INR 45,000 drop and even if done, the INR 1,24,000 price tag would not justify the 125 cc character of the bike.
Which one should I buy: KTM RC 125 or Suzuki Gixxer SF Moto GP Edition?

What is the actual price of KTM RC 125 in Kalyan?
02 January 2023 06:35
KTM RC125 is currently not available in India and the most possible alternate for the same in the country is RC200. The RC series currently sells RC200 and RC390 in the Indian market. RC125 has more chances of launch then all the other 125cc performance motorcycles like Yamaha R125 and Honda CBR125R. The reason behind the same is that KTM do not offer any 150cc motorcycle, which would alter the pricing affair of the 125cc offering whereas other two have a 150cc cousin at an affordable price. Pricing the RC125 around INR 1,25,000 would make the KTM supersport feel more closer than the current generation RC200 priced at INR 1,69,000. The RC125 comes with a 124.7 cc engine producing 14.8 BHP and 12 NM of torque.
Which bike should I buy between KTM RC200 and Bajaj Pulsar RS200 ABS?
02 January 2023 06:35
The KTM RC 200 is a performance oriented machine producing 24.65 BHP and 19.2 NM of torque. The gearbox is a 6-speed claw unit and the bike weighs 154 kg. It comes with USD front telescopic forks and a very aggressive seating position. On the other hand, the Pulsar RS 200 comes with the same engine producing 24.2 BHP and 18.6 NM of torque. The gearbox here is also a 6-speed unit and the bike weighs 165 kg. The 11 kg difference and the use of more performance oriented parts make the KTM RC 200 an expensive option at INR 1.69 lakh whereas the RS200 comes with a relatively relaxed price tag of INR 1,32,000 for the ABS version. For regular riding, RS 200 is best whereas if you wish to ride on a track and love high performance, the RC 200 is the best option.
Can KTM RC 390 hit a top speed of 210 kmph after making some modifications?
02 January 2023 06:34
The KTM RC390 can hit a top speed of 210 kmph with the modifications related to its weight reduction and track oriented part exchanges. Firstly, the bike needs to shed some weight, which is done by removing all the additional parts required for a road legal motorcycle. This includes rear foot rests, mirrors, headlights, mudguards and many of the parts are replaced with lighter carbon fiber parts. The heavy exhaust system is also replaced with a free flow exhaust and rest is done through modifications of the ECU, increasing some red-line limit if possible. These modifications are not possible on a real life road as many parts are illegal and track based only.
Please suggest me, which one is good – Bajaj Pulsar RS200, KTM RC 200 or KTM 200 Duke?
02 January 2023 06:34
KTM 200 Duke is the best bike from the three above selected bikes. RC200 is an excellent example of a lightweight sport bike but lacks the comfort of everyday riding with its aggressive seat position. The RS200 is again using the same engine but seems to be lesser refined than its KTM competitors. The 200 Duke presents a perfect combination of power and comfort as it gets a raised handlebar with upright seating position. The things get more better when the 199.5 cc engine produces a max of 24.6 BHP and 19.2 NM of torque. It gets USD forks for better suspension and an attractive price tag of INR 1,38,000.
Why the mileage of KTM RC 200 is better than Bajaj Pulsar 220F?
02 January 2023 06:33
KTM RC200 has a better mileage because it comes with better technologies than the Pulsar 220 DTS-i. RC200 comes with a 199.5 cc, liquid cooled and fuel injected engine producing 24.65 BHP and 19.2 NM of torque. The engine is very responsive and when driven at consistent speeds, it delivers a very good mileage figure also. The Pulsar uses carburetor as its fuel system, making it lesser refined and thereby reducing the mileage figure.
Is Kawasaki Ninja 300 better than KTM RC 390?
02 January 2023 06:33
The KTM RC390 is a much better option than Kawasaki Ninja 300. It gets a 373.2 cc, 1-cylinder, liquid cooled and fuel injected motor, producing 43 BHP @ 9,000 rpm and 35 NM @ 7,000 rpm. The gearbox on the motorcycle is a 6-speed unit with slipper clutch. It gets more power and torque when compared to the Ninja 300, making it better in terms of performance. When it comes to braking, the KTM again wins with its ABS enabled front and rear disc brakes. It can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 5.70 seconds and returns a fuel efficiency of 30 kmpl. It gets a small fuel tank measuring 9.5 liter only and retails for INR 2,14,000 which is also nearly INR 1.5 lakh lower than the price of Ninja 300.
