So I added a cold air intake and a tune to my Forte. It makes it way more enjoyable to drive without breaking the bank.

It's all about expectations. For commuting purposes, or short trips over the weekend, the Forte's performance is fine.

I drove the base model and GT back to back. It’s night and day difference. Ultimately, if you want performance, you're going to want to go for the GT.

For shorter trips it's fine but after 3-4 hours it starts to hurt. Long hauls, the seats need more support.

At the price, it's a good road trip car. You won't get luxury level comfort, but you'll be fine.

With the adaptive cruise control (on upper trims), it’s a game changer for long highway drives. It greatly reduces fatigue.

Long trips are so much more enjoyable with the infotainment system with Apple CarPlay. Plus, easy navigation and music control.

It's not that bad, honestly. I've driven cars that were much noisier. It's not luxury quiet by any means, but for the money it's totally fine.

Deal-breaker for me. I drove one and hated the highway noise. I ended up with a Mazda3.

That depends on what your priorities are. If you don't care about a quiet ride, then look elsewhere. If you can stand some road noise, though, the Forte is still a good value.

I put some sound deadening material in the doors and floor of the Forte. And it made a huge difference, it was totally worth the effort.

For the price point, it’s pretty solid. The screen is responsive and Apple CarPlay works great. No complaints here!

Meh, it's okay. The Bluetooth connectivity has been troublesome so far, and the voice commands are a miss a few hit.

I think it's overhyped. Yes, it’s fancy, but I’ve had random crashes and lag. Not impressed.
