At around 5-6k RPM, the vibes are real. It’s not a deal breaker, but it does get a bit annoying on longer rides.

I think it's overblown. Every bike vibrates to some extent. Apart from anything else, the Tuono 660 isn't any worse than other twins I've ridden.

Above 70mph the mirrors are useless due to vibrations. If you’re used to twin engines, it’s not too bad otherwise.

With better grips and rubber mounted bar ends I solved most of the vibration issues. Now it's smooth sailing.

To me, the Tuono 660 feels like a Cadillac coming from a single cylinder. It's all about perspective.

Long highway stretches are when the vibrations bother me. In town it's fine, but I wouldn't tour on it.

I think that people online exaggerate it. It vibrates, but it’s not a luxury car. It's part of the experience.

You can feel the vibrations but they're not too bad. They give the bike character. If you want buttery smooth, buy an inline four.

I'd pick the Street Triple R. And the inline three is buttery smooth at all speeds, the extra power is nice for highway merging.

I have both, and the Tuono 660 is better for commuting. Surprisingly, for a naked bike, the wind protection is pretty good.

For me, the Street Triple R wins by a narrow margin for its reliability. Triumph's track record for reliability is hard to beat, but Aprilia's are great.

Honestly, I barely notice it when I’m riding normally, but it’s there. It’s not as hard as it seems. Once you get used to the bike, you just work around it.

The dead spot is real and it can be annoying. That makes the bike sluggish in city riding where you're often in that RPM range.

With a tune and exhaust, I fixed mine. It now pulls smoothly throughout rev range. Worth the investment!
