Mahindra & Mahindra, Indias largest SUV manufacturer, was in talks to acquire a significant stake in ICML, the company behind the ICML Rhino RX S2, by the end of 2010. This move was expected to boost ICMLs production and market presence. I think this partnership could have been a game-changer for ICML.

ICMLs Amb plant in Himachal Pradesh had an installed yearly capacity of 24,000 vehicles, with plans to produce 24,000 Rhino units annually by 2010. This production target indicated the companys confidence in the Rhino RX S2s market demand. I think this was an ambitious but achievable goal given the vehicles popularity.
