The petrol trim of Toyota Innova has a top speed of 179 km/h, while the diesel gives up at 149 km/h.

The face of the MPV has been changed a lot. The bumpers are redesigned and the fog lamps are oval in an 8 seater option and are rhombus shaped in a 7 seater option. It comes in the Indian Car Bazaar in both petrol and diesel options. The petrol one comes equipped with a 2.0 L, 1998 cc engine, featuring the Electronic Fuel Injection system.

This engine has a capacity to produce 132 PS of max power at 5600 rpm and a peak torque of 181Nm at mere  4000 rpm. The car never vibrates at a high speed of 120 km/h. The diesel trim has a capacity of 2.5 L and has a displacement of 2494 cc. It also features a Turbo charger and a Common Rail Injection System. The max power generated is 102 PS at 3600 rpm and a peak torque of 200 Nm at the rate of 1400-3400 rpm.

The 16” alloy wheels come covered with masculine radial tubeless tyres, which gifts it an off-roading ability. As far as the safety is concerned, it comes equipped with Dual Front SRS Airbags, Anti sub marine seats, Front Disc brakes, an engine immobilizer etc.
