What are Variants of Maruti Swift?

Maruti Suzuki Swift comes in all 11 variants, out of which 5 are diesel and the rest run on petrol.

The Lxi variant is the base petrol model. Its the most likeable car to cater the mass audience. Maruti Suzuki Swift features the body colored bumpers, tinted windshield and windows and tubeless tyres. The exterior features include 2 intermittent vipers in the front and the manually adjustable rear side view mirrors (ORVMs). The kerb weight s 960 Kg and the displacement of the mighty engine 1197 cc. The 4 potted petrol mill is capable of producing a peak torque of 114Nm at the rate of 4000 rpm and a max power of 86 bhp at 6000 rpm. It has a fuel tank capacity of 4.2 liters and the car is compliant with the BS IV rules, for lesser emissions and the “Go Green” Initiative.

The Vxi variant features the body colored door handles, along with the body colored bumpers an the front and rear fog lamps for the better visibility. The standard equipments include key-of, seat belt an door close and light-off reminder etc. The Zdi is the high end diesel model. It allows a pleasurable mileage of 22.9 km/l on highways. It comes with  airbags, ABS, EBD and a 1.3L DdiS 1248cc engine. This engine also features the 5 step multi common rail fuel injection system. For a hassle free driving experience, the engine is made with Aluminum bed plate , which reduces vibration.
