Which bike is best: Yamaha R15 V2.0 or KTM 200 Duke?
29 December 2022 06:04
Both bikes have their pros and cons, but the KTM duke 200 is a better choice. Here's why.
1) High-power 200cc engine: 25bhp and 20 Nm torque. Revs to 10000 rpm, and sounds like a two-stroker. Also has enough low-end torque to be able to cruise at 35kmph in 6th gear.
2) It has a short-ratio gearbox which allows the bike to accelerate to 100 KMPH in just 10 seconds.
3) It is loaded with features such as trellis frame, Multi-function fully digital speedo console, alloy one-piece handlebar, aluminium swingarm, upside-down front forks etc
4) The riding position is better for long distances.
5) It a very light bike, has good handling, can easily cut through traffic and perform well on the track too.

Why Yamaha stopped the production of FZS Version 1?
29 December 2022 06:02
The Yamaha FZS version 1.0 was surprisingly laid off from the Indian market, also cutting down other bikes like Fazer version 1.0 and Yamaha Crux. The move was made in order to promote the new products in the Yamaha lineup while FZ 16 has been kept on the list for some secret reason. Yamaha's blue core technology on the newer entries has made them class leading with excellent refinement and mind blowing efficiency figures. Currently only FZ 16 can be bought in the first generation and even it will be soon discontinued from the official lists of Yamaha motors.

Will Yamaha launch the ABS version of YZF-R3 in India?
29 December 2022 06:01
Yamaha India recently denied the fact that the prices for the R3 will be revised due to localisation. They have no scope on this fact and this simply means they are not even interested in adding the ABS to the motorcycle. If by chance an R3 with ABS is launched in the country, it will make it cost nearly INR 30,000-40,000 more due to the CKD route. The motorcycle currently has no chances of receiving an update and you can consider it's rival, the KTM RC390 is ABS and safety is your first preference.
