What is the difference between speed of Duke 200 and 250?
The 200 Duke has a 199cc motor that produces 25PS at 10,000rpm and 19.3Nm at 8000rpm. It is BS6-compliant and uses a six-speed transmission. On the other hand, the KTM 250 Duke is powered by a 248.8cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled DOHC engine. This engine produces a maximum power of 30PS at 9000rpm and 24Nm of torque at 7500rpm.
The engine is mated to a six-speed transmission with assist and a slipper clutch. The assist function reduces the clutch lever effort while the slipper clutch prevents the rear wheel from locking up during hard downshifts. In terms of performance, the 250 Duke is superior to the 200 Duke.
