I am a fan of volkswagon engineering but in customer relation they lacked a lot. The attitude and behavior I got after booking a POLO at chennai is very humiliating and rude. If pre-sales attitude and customer handling is like this I am afraid about the after-sales. So I have decided to cancel my booking.

Have visited Thane VW Dealer, request you all to kindly take details of warranty from dealer before you buy since as per this dealer any modification if you make in car would mean warranty void. Not even a single light or music system is allowed from outside there service center.

Polo is a amazing car.... this is so gud.......after all this is volkswagen ... international luxury brand....they always make gud cars in the world.......!

i feel the punto 1.4 emotion pack is a better option...it has the same on road price as the polo 1.6...which wont be  hitting indian roads for at least two more months...it has many more attractive features like blue and me, on steering controls, and climate control to name a few.. the only problem...its a FIAT..which means bad after sales services(by TATA)...and no resale value....what do you guys think???

I like the polo a lot, i too feel it is going to rule here in india as well. it has good exterior design, has used heavy frame for body making it safer, also mileage is good. the only concern is that in higher variants company should have come with little more features like usb plug in music system, steering mounted audio control

Volkswagen Polo is a superb car, well internal decorated, speed n mileage is very nice, coz i know i have dis car in my house.

Is the volkswagen polo a car worth buying rather than ford figo or any other car  and is the headroom  as good as other cars? 

I would like to know about head room of polo compared to indica vista and other hatchbacks similar to polo's architecture and regarding cars without rear defogger and the situation during rainy season.

Is rear defogger important? I don't know what is the situation without a rear defogger.

The Highline model has a rear wiper and a defogger and does not feature climate control
