In How Many Variants Maruti Alto 800 is Available?

The all new Mauti Suzuki Alto 800 is available in three variants along with the CNG versions of each, that makes a complete figure of six.

The three variants resemble to that of the previous Maruti Alto, viz. Standard, LX and Lxi. The base model has the common rear view mirror in the driver's side, door handles on the outside with the half wheel caps and the black bumpers. The interiors are furnished with gray plastics. The seats are made of double vinyl. As it is the base variant, it lacks some features like air conditioner, power steering, remote hatch opener etc. There's no pocket on the driver's side door and the front wiper is a 2-speed unit. It lack the sun visors, but comes loaded with an engine immobilizer and a collapsible steering column. The CNG version gets the fuel lid opener, air conditioner, the front passenger gets a sun visor.

It also gets some things over the Std. Variant which include the map pocket and the front intermittent wiper. The top model, 'Lxi' features the body colored bumpers, a full wheel cap with black wheel, fabric seat upholstery and a driver's side airbag. All these models come fitted with tubeless tyres. It is an on-road rival for Chevy Spark an the Hyundai EON and has defeated them fatally.
