It was the year 2018, My Bajaj Pulsar had completed 15 years, so I was looking on the net for a new bike. When I saw it for the first time, an arrow of love went across my heart, although it had some shortcomings, in spite of this, I bought it and thought whatever will happen will be seen, the only drawback was only the headlight and riding position. Today is the month of 2021 September and today I am claiming that there is no match for it. I have taken it on the hills, on the highways, and on the rough village roads, but its performance is amazing, although the riding position is so aggressive that it hurts in the back but the performance is such that this thing is forgivable, I do exercise continuously to keep me fit to ride this beast and that's why I am fit because this bike is for the youth and for long running you must be fit as youth to ride it, so today I am also fit because of it, thank you for this. Good mileage, superior performance, looks, good reliable engine make it a clear winner wherever you go. This is my journey with R15 V3.

Best Features: After VVA activation it behave like a superbike and slipper clutch at high speed is just awesome.

Bike is amazing in the 150cc segment. Most loving is braking system but there is no abs normal disc, the brake is very good.

Best Features: lite weight, fuel injection, power full duel piston disc break, white light speedometer, rear radial tyre

It is the best and most premium 150cc Sport Bike you can buy in India. It even now comes with Dual-channel ABS in India. YES! YAMAHA!!

Hi All, I have been using her since Dec 2016 and this is my second R15 . It is totally stunning in looks and performance and also in handing and braking system.Though she is build with 150cc engine, still catch up 180 cc segment bikes. No bikes in 150cc segment can catch this beast at first. I assure the R15 owners that , it will make one feel like racing in a track at top ends and also in finishing the corners because of its riding position. I don't know what others think about it and I never mind about that. I love this scary machine and this is from my experience....

Cons: Pillion seat is little harder and no headlight control switch as it glows automatically when engine is on . May be this is new in this but not in older versions

I have done 3000 kms till date and I'm writing the review. Initially the bike was not smooth even after the first service i.e. 1000 kms, it was giving a fuel efficiency of 25-30 kmpl till the first service and after the first service, it was giving 33-37 kmpl, and now I am getting 38-42 kmpl after the second service. But the acceleration is incredible I was able to beat Karizma R & Pulsar 220F within no time. The handling is so smooth that I could corner up to the max angle and I have topped 137 kmph till now on Hyderabad-Bangalore highway. The best bike up to date as I had the first edition of R15 (2009) and used it for 6 yrs without a major repair even after ripping it to the max limit. I hope the new engine of r15 delivers the same power as the old edition. I problem with this bike is if u want to brake hard the rear tyre slips a little but will be in the control of the rider.

I look the sporty look...cool to ride...balance is terribly good n really stable in any condition of streets

Yamaha R15S is a super bike but the reason is price is high because if compared to other bikes, Yamaha has to decrease the price then only Yamaha goes on top for selling bikes. I am a big fan of Yamaha from childwood onwards
