2015 Suzuki Swish 125 Launched for INR 51,661

Suzuki Motorcycle Inida has launched a facelifted model of its scooter, 'Swish 125' today for INR 51,661. It comes with few aesthetic tweaks to freshen up the appeal and is now offered in 4 exciting shades including Red, White, Silver and Black. The amazing color scheme and body decals will definitely attract many youngsters and moreover raise the market shares of Suzuki. On the launch event, Executive Vice President of SMIPL, Mr. Atul Gupta said that,

"We believe that the Suzuki Swish, with its new features, is in tune with changing market demands. We expect the smart, youthful look to appeal to young urban riders. The new features will enhance ownership experience through easier user interface, better riding comfort and additional maintenance features, ensuring that the new Swish is a perfect ride for all age groups. We are confident that the new Suzuki Swish will be a scooter to reckon with, in the 125 cc segment."

While if we talk about the changes, the 2015 Suzuki Swish 125 gets a new digital-analogue instrument console and a new blue lens position lamps along at the front. The instrument console hosts a dual trip meter, a digital clock and a service reminder. The tubeless tyres, new steel fender and a maintenance free battery are also the latest addition to this scooter.\

Mechanically, it is powered by the same 124cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine under the hood that generates 8.58 Bhp of maximum power at 7000 rpm and 9.8Nm of torque at 5500 rpm. And for the user comfort, it comes fitted with push-button starter and a kick lever at the side. The main milestone of this scooter is its 20 litres under seat storage space which is the very important need of manu buyers.
