Hero MotoCorp List the Xtreme Sports on the Official Website

Hero MotoCorp has officially listed the 'Xtreme Sports' bike on its website along with specifications. Hero Xtreme Sports was actually launched in November, 2014. Company took long time to make it available on its official page. It is already available in the market to purchase with a on-road price of Rs. 83,691 (Mumbai) for the variant with disc brakes at both end. While, the single disc up-front variant is available at Rs. 80, 243 approximately.

Mechanically, it is equipped with a 149.2cc, air-cooled, single cylinder vertical engine which is the same unit that does duty in Xtreme motorcycle. But, this sports variant generates a maximum power of 15.2 Bhp at 8500 rpm and maximum torque of 13.50Nm at 7000 rpm. It is mated to a 5-speed constant mesh transmission. While, the exterior of this sports bike gets a new graphics, a split seat, LED pilot lamps, sporty instrument console, exhaust canister and an under body cowl.

Measurement wise, it has a length of 2100mm, width of 780mm, height of 1080mm along with a kerb weight of 146 kg for the single disc version and 147kg for the double disc version. The wheelbase and ground clearance of the bike is measured as 1325mm and 145mm respectively. It rides on 80/100x18 -47P at front and 110/90 x18-61 P tubeless tyres at rear. Suspension duties of the bike are handled by telescopic hydraulic type coil springs at front and rectangular swing arm with 5 step adjustable gas reservoir suspension at the rear end.

The Xtreme Sports comes in Black/Red, Fiery Red, Mercuric Silver, Panther Black and Pyro Orange color options. The single disc variant of Xtreme Sports is available at Rs. 67,300 while double disc model is priced at Rs. 70,300 (ex-showroom, Delhi, may vary).
