Specifications of Bajaj Pulsar 150 NS Leaked

Recently, the famous two-wheelers manufacturer Bajaj disclosed its Pulsar 150NS at a motor show in Turkey along with Pulsar 200SS. The company has not revealed the specifications of Pulsar 150NS before but now the automaker revealed it online. Bajaj is planning to launch this naked bike in 2015 but there has been no information regarding its date. It will be available in 4 color options i.e. Cocktail Wine Red, Ebony Black, Sapphire Blue and Pearl Metallic White. It is expected to be priced around INR 75,000 (Delhi, may vary).

Talking about its specifications, Bajaj Pulsar 150 NS has got an all-new 149.5cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder and air-cooled engine with a maximum power of 16.8 BHP @ 9000 rpm and a maximum torque of 13 NM @ 7500 rpm and is mated with a 5-speed gearbox. It has disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. On the other hand, the suspension duties are handled with Telescopic Front Fork at the rear whereas Shock Absorber at the rear end. The company has used 10-spoke alloy wheels for this bike which is quite comfortable for tough roads. It has got a length of 2105 mm, a width of 800 mm and a height of 1220 mm. The wheelbase stands at 1363mm and will be launched with a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres. It has got a kerb weight of 144 kg. The front tyre size is 80/100-17 and rear stands at 100/90-17.

The bike features a pressed steel perimeter beam section frame which is solid. The instrument panel includes a digital fuel gauge and speedometer, an analog tachometer and two digital trip meters. For your comfort and convenience, Bajaj has added few features such as electric start, pass light, pillion footrest, pillion grabrail and step-up seat. The bike at last offers a great value for money and is expected to attract many hearts in the market.
