Mahindra recently launched the Arro, a commuter bike in Uganda, South Africa. It is expected to be launched in India by the end of 2015 or by early 2016. Let's take a closer look at its specifications.

Design and Style

The highlights include traditional round headlamp unit, durable body colored metallic front fender, extra-long seat, protective petrol tank pad and pass button. The turn indicators are quite flexible that prevents breakage by impact to an extent. The rear end receives tubular carrier plus grab rail to tether load along with a trendy LED tail light setup.

The bike rides on a finely tuned suspension comprising of heavy-duty telescopic hydraulic damped at the front while 5-step adjustable, coiled hydraulic damped are placed at the back which makes it perfect for rough and tough roads.

When will Mahindra Arro arrive in India?

Well, there is no chance for launch of Mahindra Arro in the Indian market. Arro is another experimental commuter motorcycle by Mahindra. As such there is no release date for launch in India and there seem to be very bleak chance for its future arrival as well. The Arro features a 106.7 cc single cylinder engine which can produce 8.5 bhp at 7500 rpm against a torque of 8.5 nm at 5500 rpm. The bike has got 120 kg kerb weight with a fuel tank capacity of 13.70 litres.
What is the launch date of Mahindra Arro?
29 December 2022 05:56
The Mahindra Arro will not be launched in India as it is just a downgraded version of Indian Mahindra Centuro, making it good for emerging markets like Africa. The Indian Centuro has been wisely priced and Mahindra has recently discontinued Pantero as the sales are being focused on the Centuro only. The bike gets the same 106.7 cc engine, producing 8.5 BHP and 8.5 NM of torque. The gearbox being used is a 4-speed unit and the bike gets a nominal weight of 120 kg. It gets a good 13.7 liter of fuel tank and returns a 60+ kmpl mileage. It was expected to be launched for INR 39,000.
