The Harley Davidson Fat Boy is yet another embodiment of the creativity that its manufacturing company has been investing in making motorcycles. It is made from the custom style of the ‘hardtail’ choppers that the company made in the ’60s and ’70s and is proof of the evolving minds of the manufacturers. As far as aesthetics are concerned, the Harley Davidson designers wanted that the Fat Boy to come out handsome; and succeed they did. The rear shocks are hidden and so is the wiring harness. All that is supposed to meet the spectators’ eye is made with skillfulness and tact. The fuel tank is in fact hand-finished.

There is also a mechanism to ensure that the person you are transporting along with you is comfortable. This is the Engine Idle Management Strategy, which makes the motorcycle to automatically cut fuel and fire from the rear cylinder when idling. This in effect reduces the engine heat that the passenger – and the rider too – feel. By ‘Fat Boy’, it does not mean that every aspect of the motorcycle is obese. Its seat is narrow enough and constructed by Harley Davidson traditions. The seat is also low in terms of height, which ensures that any ride is pleasurable. There is a variety of color options that the Fat Boy gives the buyer. Among those are: vivid black, chrome yellow, midnight pearl and brilliant silver pearl. Some other colors are custom. All in all, the Harley Davidson Fat Boy is a beautiful experience right from looking at it to riding it.
